Hey QUEEN!
I'm Kat Padgett.
I want to share my journey with you because I've faced weight struggles, body image issues, food obsessions, binge/restrict cycles, and more. Despite my active past, health issues left me baffled until I discovered the power of nutrition after college.
On January 1st, 2021, I began a transformative journey. I made consistent, impactful changes to my habits, focusing on nutrition. In just six weeks, I lost 25 pounds of unhealthy body fat. This experience made me realize that nutrition is the key to optimal health and wellness, not just weight loss.
This epiphany led me to a new career in nutrition. Food is like a self-love package; it can fuel your body or harm it. It's crucial to be mindful of what you consume.
At 23, I felt alive, had newfound opportunities, and pursued my passions with energy and clarity. Now, I'm excited to share a science-backed plan to help you achieve and maintain your fitness goals and lifelong habits.
