She encouraged me from the very start to make small lifestyle changes and as time went on they became habits and I was able to make more changes that made the biggest difference. She checks in with me weekly about how I'm feeling/progress pics/and adjusts my macros weekly based on progress I've made and goals I have. I'm so happy with my results and couldn't have done it without her!!
I've was an athlete my entire life, playing up into the D1 collegiate level. Post college sports was a huge transition for me in many ways! My activity level changed and with that my body was changing as well. I continued to workout and lift but it wasn't until Kat helped me take control of my nutrition that I began to see the results I was working for! She has helped me understand what my body needs and how to properly fuel myself to reach my goals!
Kat's nutrition plans and workout structure made losing fat and building muscle a very straight forward process. I have tried elaborate training methods and extremely strict diets, but nothing worked like Kat's coaching. 55 pounds lighter and have nver felt better.
